Elisabeth Böhme

After having lived in the United States for two years as an au pair, I decided to enroll in the American Studies BA program at the University of Leipzig. Having obtained a Bachelor’s degree in this very program, I am now part of the American Studies graduate cohort and the editorial team for the sixth issue of aspeers. Despite my wide-spread academic interests, I am especially drawn to cultural studies and American popular culture. Following my graduate studies, I plan to work for international and cultural or educational exchange programs.
