Alena Kartaschov

 After acquiring her BA in American Studies at Leipzig University, Alena decided to continue her education by enrolling in the MA program. Her research interests cover US media, pop culture, and history, which is what inspired her to write her BA thesis on the Romanticization of serial killers in Netflix's Dahmer - Monster: The Jeffrey Dahmer Story. In her free time, she enjoys reading and listening to music.
